Elite Senior HomeShare follows a structured, professional process designed to create safe, compatible, and successful home-sharing arrangements for adults age 50 and older. The process begins with a personalized intake, where we learn about each participant’s lifestyle, preferences, budget and expectations for shared living. This information allows us to identify potential matches that align not only financially but personally.

Once intake is complete, all applicants undergo a thorough screening process, including background, credit and reference checks. This step helps protect both homeowners and renters while promoting trust and peace of mind. Based on the intake and screening results, our team conducts compatibility-based matching and facilitates introductions between qualified participants.

After a match is identified, Elite Senior HomeShare assists with placement coordination, including guidance on house rules, occupancy agreements and move-in expectations. We ensure all parties understand their responsibilities before the arrangement begins, helping to minimize misunderstandings and set the foundation for a successful shared-living experience. Our goal is to provide a seamless, transparent process that supports independence, affordability and confidence for everyone involved.

If you are a homeowner and have a spare room in your home, we can assist you in listing it for home sharing. Our expert team will help you market your space effectively and connect you with compatible housemates.

Homeowners benefit from added income, companionship and peace of mind knowing that all applicants are carefully vetted.

A one-time application and screening fee of $40 applies. Upon a successful match, the first month’s rent is paid to Elite Senior HomeShare as the placement fee.

If you are a landlord who has a home available for rent, we welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
We offer professional room-by-room tenant placement designed to help landlords maximize shared-housing opportunities. Our services include sourcing qualified applicants, conducting thorough screening and selection, and providing support with lease or occupancy agreements to ensure clear terms and expectations. Landlords benefit from increased cash flow through shared housing, reduced vacancy and turnover, and professional placement services. A tenant placement fee applies per room.
